The main objective of this unit is to guide trainers, coaches and counsellors supporting women in perceiving family as an ecosystem, defining a shared division of tasks and responsibilities within the family and support women in co-creating a collaboration contract within the family. The “Family” unit includes the subunits Family as an ecosystem, Tasks, roles and responsibilities and Cooperation within the family.
