Planning helps the beneficiaries chart a course for the achievement of their goals. The process begins by reviewing the current operations and identifying what needs to be improved. From there, planning involves envisioning the results that the beneficiaries want to achieve and to determine the necessary steps to arrive at the intended targets. The “Plan” unit includes the subunits Time management, Goal planning and Prioritizing.
